Can I choose my candies?

For our standard curated boxes, we select the assortment for you to create the perfect balance of flavor and texture.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Will my candy melt?

Some candies may be sensitive to heat. We package carefully, but we recommend:

• Shipping to an address where someone can receive the package
• Bringing it indoors quickly during warm weather
• We are not responsible for melting due to extreme temperatures after delivery.

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are food items, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
