Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5-10 business dayss. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
  • Overnight / Priority Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (International shipping can be added if applicable.)
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products (oversized or high-value items).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Deer Haven Candy Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue.


Heat-Sensitive or Perishable Items

Certain items may melt or become damaged in hot weather. We recommend selecting an expedited shipping option during warmer months. We cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods during transit.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
