At Saturday Candy Club, we pack and ship fresh Swedish candy with care. Because our products are food items and perishable by nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Due to health and safety regulations, all candy purchases and subscription boxes are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, we want to make it right. Please email us within 48 Hours of delivery at: [email protected]
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement shipment
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Shipping & Warm Weather Disclaimer
Swedish candy can be sensitive to heat. While we do our best to package appropriately, we are not responsible for melting due to high temperatures once the package has left our facility.
If you are ordering during warm months, we recommend:
- Shipping to a location where someone can receive the package promptly
- Bringing the package indoors immediately upon delivery
Subscription Boxes
Subscription boxes may be canceled or modified prior to the next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
